By booking a photography session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Booking & Payment

 

All sessions require confirmation prior to the shoot. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change and are not locked in until a session is confirmed.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of payment. Weather-related reschedules will be accommodated when possible.

 

Session Details

 

Session length, locations, and number of edited images vary by package. Image delivery quantity may depend on session duration, conditions, and how the shoot progresses.

 

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. Unedited/raw photos are not provided.

 

Usage Rights

The photographer retains full copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share, and print images. Commercial use requires written permission.

 

Model Release

By participating in a session, clients grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

Liability

The photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss incurred during the session. Clients participate at their own risk.

 

Creative Style

By booking, clients acknowledge they are familiar with the photographer’s style and editing, and artistic discretion is maintained.
